We are Vertigo Games, an award-winning, multi-platform game publisher and developer based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Vertigo Games offers a portfolio of quality games that provide novel, powerful and full-featured gaming experiences.
Recent games include The 7th Guest Remake, Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow, Metro Awakening, Arizona Sunshine® VR Remake, and Arizona Sunshine® VR 2. Vertigo Games is a PLAION Group company and part of the Embracer Group, the largest group of developers in the world. As our Rotterdam studio is in full production of its most ambitious project to date, based on a global franchise, and with plans to start the next project this year, we are looking to recruit an part time (24 hours) Office Manager who can support our well maintained and fun work environment.

Responsibilities
- Take the lead in maintaining our studio/office, as well as our Studio’s canteen
- Be both the physical and digital welcoming face of Vertigo Games
- Arranging company events and facilitating visits from partners
- Inventory of office supplies and ordering drinks and snacks
- Make sure the office is always a clean and functional working environment in collaboration with cleaner and building management.
- Owner of the office calendar (meetings, events, birthdays)
- Arranging international travel for employees
- Office administration in collaboration with finance
Essentials
- At least 2 years of experience in an office management role
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge and experience with Google workspace
- Representative, social and service oriented
- A self-motivator, resilient and resourceful
- You are eligible to work in the EU
